Call Biomat Global for a return authorization number, which you write on the package. Do not write it near the zip code. Item(s) must be shipped back to Richway International. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
